Thompson Coburn is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience to join its business litigation section in the Dallas office. We are seeking candidates with exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills in addition to a detail-oriented mindset.  Candidates must have strong academic achievement and the ability to function both independently and within a team environment.  Prior litigation experience in both state and federal court in Texas is a plus.  Due to the public health emergency, associate positions may expect a remote working arrangement on a short-term basis.
